TEKTOR Shield Testing We are working with one of the most respected independent Laboratories in the world—ICS Laboratories, to test TEKTOR Shields. ICS Laboratories is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. ISO/IEC 17025 is a document that specifies internationally accepted requirements that a laboratory must meet to be deemed competent and for the results that it reports to be considered reliable. ICS has maintained accreditation to this strict standard for laboratory management and technical operation for more than 15 years. The accreditation process entails regular oversight by their accrediting body, including on-site audits of their testing facilities and test performance with year-round documentation submittal requirements. Accreditation for ICS means that everything that goes into their testing of personal protective products is managed and checked according to a recognized international standard. ICS Laboratories meets the international requirements for laboratory competence so that they can consistently provide their clients with what they require: unquestionably valid, valuable and universally recognized test results.
